added item system, working on to do list

so far you can add coffee to your inventory. what can you do with it???? ....nothing yet. 

the to do list will show the objectives as you find them. the hand comes onto the screen and writes them down. press i to open it. are any objectives implemented in the game yet???? ...no. but they will be.
