character animation update

working hard on the character animations. these are for the "tweaker" character (known in game as "weird guy"). these animations will play in cutscenes and as reactions during dialogue. 

pictures are taken for the player character and will be edited soon.

also....lots and lots of backend work has been done but not really much to see there except code.
